Current shipping coverage includes:
- Pan-India delivery for most products
- Specialized shipping for agricultural equipment
- Local delivery in Kerala and surrounding states
- International shipping available on request
2. Processing Time
Order processing times vary by product type:
- Standard Products: 1-2 business days
- Custom Equipment: 5-15 business days
- Bulk Orders: 7-21 business days
- Training Materials: 1-3 business days
Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
- We will arrange for replacement or refund
- Insurance coverage available for high-value items
8. International Shipping
International shipping is available for select products:
